Sherlock Holmes: “The Adventure of the Speckled Band” (3)

Summary: The wrap up: Sherlock had been tricked at first, thinking gypsies had something to do with it, but when he saw the scene of the crime he knew what was going on. He claims it was an unpleasant end, but not undeserved.

Reaction: Not much to react to. I almost read this section with the last one, but I didn’t have time.

Sherlock Rating: An excellent adventure. This was a good story; a classic.

Mystery Story Convention: The “let’s all sit down and explain what happened in case you couldn’t figure it out on your own because you’re stupid, unlike the detective” scene.
