Workout Playlist: 5/6-5/12

Last week’s playlist was awesome, and I was so sore all the way until Wednesday. (Probably because that had been one of my first good workouts since spending a month being sick). And then the concert with Rise Against yesterday was tremendously awesome, and I’ve had their music in my head all day long! So I’m going to repeat last week’s playlist again tomorrow. I’m going to do some running outside this week as well. Hopefully it will not be as hot as last week, and so hopefully I’ll do better than I ended up doing last week.
